Dead Pixel Cult is a media blog centered around dead things. Pinball games long forgotten, Atari games worthy of a play through over a six pack of beers, reissue albums that your family hates… essentially anything that’s not sponsored by Mt. Dew.

Our goal is to curate and create content that revels in the nostalgic ether of retro gaming culture, cult film, lost music, and any other medium that suits our interests. We don’t review things here. Here we hope to provide features that expound upon the media, delving into their contextual history within their respective medium, their inner design dynamics, or we tell stories about people, places, and things through the prism of the media itself.
